This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which RAW Artists, Inc. (“RAW Artists”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the http://www.rawartists.org website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by RAW Artists.

1. Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site, register on the Site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the internet service provider utilized and other similar information

Our Site uses cookies, beacons, tags and scripts. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Site, tracking your movements arounds the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use cookies to remember users’ settings as well as for authentication and analytics. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly. Our Site uses Mouseflow, an analytics tool by Mouseflow, ApS, to track user activity, page content, click/touch, movement, scroll and keystroke activity (in some cases). We also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords (Conversion Tracking). Some or all of these tools may be used to track information about your behavior on our Site. If you wish to opt-out from tracking by Mouseflow or any other programs mentioned above, you may do so by canceling your account with us.

We collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. It is imperative that Users and visitors of the Site respect the rights of intellectual property owners. You may only upload art that is your own original work, and that does not infringe on anyone else's copyright or other right. If your work contains elements to which anyone else owns the rights, you must obtain all proper permissions needed to use those elements prior to uploading the art to the Site. By uploading any art, you represent and warrant to us that you have the unencumbered right to do so, and that in doing so, you are not infringing on any third party's rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works, or otherwise use any content uploaded to the Site without the expressed written consent of the content's artist.

Unless otherwise stated, RAW Artists is the owner or licensee of all copyright and other rights in this Site and its contents. Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works, or otherwise use any part of the Site and copyrighted materials without the express written consent of RAW Artists.

9. User Submitted Content

We do not make any claims to ownership of content submitted by Users on the Site (“Content”). Users retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in any artwork or other content uploaded to the Site. By uploading artwork or other content to the Site, Users grant RAW Artists a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, communicate, distribute, share, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, edit, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display, publicly perform, use, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology whether now or hereafter known throughout the world without compensation to you. From time to time, RAW Artists may use uploaded artwork in connection with promotional activities. Users may contact RAW Artists directly at websupport@RAWartists.org if Users object to any use of the artwork by RAW Artists pursuant to this grant of license, or have concerns about the manner in which the Content is used pursuant to the license. Users upload artwork and content at their own risk, and agree that RAW Artists' liability to Users is limited by the provisions of this Agreement and the Terms of Use.

10. Advertising

Ads appearing on the Site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we change the privacy policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on the Site. We will also give you a list of the third parties that have received your information. You can make a request one time each year. Please mark your inquiries as "California Shine the Light Request." Please allow 30 days for a response

15. Our Site is Not Intended for Children

This Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us at info@rawartists.org. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy. Please mark your inquiries as "COPPA Information Request." Although we offer deletion capabilities, you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted on the Site (e.g. reposting of the content by other Users).
