Maxine Hylton is a hair and make up artist from San Diego, California. She has been in the beauty industry since 2010 and has been Aveda trained since 2015. With many years of education and training from some of the biggest names in the industry, her skill set ranges from master color and cutting techniques, to glamour hair and make up styling. Maxine's passion for creating art is her driving force and she is determined to be the next big artist working Fashion Week.
