As an artist, explorer and founder of Artsypics, Juan Barrientos is an imaginative, self-taught photographer, traveller, and lover of nature, food and life experiences. His artistic journey started as a child by drawing ninja turtles, palm trees, sunsets, mountains and other natural raw settings from his native country of El Salvador. Tuned in with nature, while simultaneously being immersed into an environment of endless photos, paintings and architectural designs from his talented father, a true photography enthusiast was born. It was through this colorful, dynamic environment in which Juan found a sense of belonging in the visual arts.
