Music – Ottawa
Cortny is a hard-working, country artist who has been singing since she was just 10 years old. She began her singing career in her school's church choir, and went on to compete in a few singing competitions in the Ottawa area around 15-17 years old.
In 2019, she competed in Ottawa's first One Artist competition. Although she did not win, she placed top 10 and made the aquaintance of Jason Wilkinson, a producer from Young Wild and Free records + Artist Alliance Ottawa. It is with his help that she began her journey in country music.
Since then, she released her first country single, "Let's Talk About Us" which can be found on Youtube, Spotify and Apple music. She is currently working on her new release, to be out this fall called, "Ride or Die".
