I am an artist, educator, and curiosity seeker - I love to explore different mediums and let my curiosity guide the subjects of my work. This allows me the freedom to explore, challenge myself, and continue to invest time into creating things I truly love. Lately I have been focused on experimenting with acrylic pour and juxtaposing pour against a wild landscape or image. At the moment freedom and wildness intrigue me. I believe the more I stay in one place, the more roots I plant, the more this concept appeals to me. I create wild landscapes, women, animals, and beautiful vibrant cosmic things because they make me feel wild and beautiful and a part of something bigger and more important than myself. When people see my art, I hope they are transported to those landscapes to find small peace in a busy world, allow my space orbs to spark curiosity and exploration into our expanding cosmos, and see the freedom and strength shown in my female subjects and are reminded of their own power. I am new to the Indianapolis art scene and am excited to finally share my art with the world.
