In early 2017, Pam's passion for choreographing was reignited after submitting a video for a Major Lazer Run Up dance competition. Her passion for dance, an understanding of its power, coupled with choreography skills, the ability to teach others and support from her husband, friends and family, led to the creation of THE LAB. THE LAB aims to reconnect those who have lost touch of their passion for dance with badass routines!
Lab Rats* from the THE LAB dance initiative will bring you a mash up of routines learnt over the past experiments. An EXPERIMENT is a six week dance term focussing on a specific artist, music genre or vibe. The music determines the movement and choreography developed by THE LAB choreographer Pam. Think hip hop, dancehall, funk vibes. Lab Rats Wanted... *THE LAB does not support animal testing, however it does support the reaction of movement through sound on humans.
