Visual Art – Connecticut

Much of my creative background is in painting and hand-lettering. I left a job abruptly two years ago and put my mind to making a living as a freelance artist. Without a steady paycheck however I was left with the dilemma of how to make anything worthwhile without any money for supplies. From there trash sculpting was born. Trash is in surplus, and it’s free. My pieces are made from recyclables and found items ranging from milk jugs to children’s toys. They’re all one-of-a-kind by virtue of their makeup and truly my favorite work to-date.
