Key influences include DMA's Gang of Youths, Buffalo Tom, Oasis, Neil Finn and The Smiths. The song lyrics have a strong purpose, with unique messages of life including love, loss, and despair. The melodies and guitars are intentionally purposeful, catchy and positive, with the goal to leave a mark on the listeners mind.
