Photography – Boston

I am a self-taught photographer, born and raised outside of Boston. My photographic journey began in 1995, when I took my first class using black and white film. My love of the hobby continued when I purchased a macro lens and began photographing life's miniature world, mostly in my mother's gardens. My speciality is macro floral photography, where I enjoy creating vibrant, lively images. Photography for me, has changed my every day experience. Each photo holds a memory that has become a part of my life's journey. I have visited places I never would have gone, if it wasn't for my camera. It has been extremely challenging and rewarding, but it has allowed me to live in the present. Each day is forever changing. Light changes by the second, no day will ever be the same. When I am shooting, I lose myself in the process and forget about any worries or stresses. I am finally at a stage in my life where I found my space where I truly belong. In addition to macro photography, I also enjoy shooting landscapes and nature.
