I have been a professional caricature artist for more than 5 years and have competed at the world level in caricature conventions. To me caricature is more of a positive experience than a silly drawing (but also sometimes it is just a silly drawing) I try to incorporate the feeling of the person I am portraying so that when someone that knows the subject sees the sketch, they won't say "That looks like them!", But rather "That IS them!".
