Performing Art – San Francisco

I'm one of those people who never thought I'd be an artist. It wasn't really on the radar while growing up in an Indian household, but I always knew I loved connecting with other humans. It's a love that stems from the fact that sometimes all it takes is one word, one sentence to change the trajectory of someone's life, or at the very least, make them feel less alone. Around two years ago, I started taking improv classes, and my love for improv further validated how much I enjoy being in front of an audience. And it's my passion for performing combined with my curiosity about life and its ways that has now led me to the art of storytelling and motivational speaking. But regardless of whether or not I change any lives through my stories, just knowing that my words can resonate with people brings tears to my eyes, and I'm grateful that RAW gives me the chance to share what I have to say.
