Visual Art – Toronto

Ryan Larvin was born in England, Yorkshire, Bradford, in 1978. At the age of 24 he moved to Leeds, Headingley where he stayed for 7 years before finally settling in Leeds, Horsforth. I was first inspired by Picasso’s work at the early age of 16, as well as Salvador Dali, and M.C. Esher. Later I went on to study at Bradford collage for 4 years, gaining a GNVQ advanced level in Art and Design and an A level in Fine Art. After college I worked as a sign fixer for a company in Bradford England for 8 years. At the age of 27 I was offered the opportunity to become an artist full time for a company called Art 51 in Leeds England, where I remained for 4 years painting modern art. I love to blend colours using acrylic and a wide range of brushes. I describe my work as fun! Colourful! And eye catching! My work relates to everyone and it gives my customers a happy feeling, a smile often springs to mind.
