I was born in Barranquilla, one of the happiest and most colourful cities of Colombia (South America). Since early years I have loved art, chose a career where I could create and shape my ideas. I graduated in Textile Design and my favorite subject was Experimental Technique in fibers, which consists in creating materials from rouge, organic and wool textures. My art, as my name is called ORFE. It focuses on environmental conservation by making eco-friendly products from recycled and organic material. My first products were colourful Bags and Wallets made of recycled unused Karate Belts. Currently I am developing beautiful organic jewelry made of citrus wasted peels. Since I was very young, I wished working within a framework of social responsibility. Through my company I want to rise my voice to spread my environmental message, saying NO to environmental mistreatment and the use of toxic materials. Also working against animal abuse.
