Performing Art – Nashville

Nohealani Naehu grew up as a dancer in Alabama. After graduation, she continued her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a Dance and Theater major. Through her dance education, she has had the privilege of studying under many recognized teachers and choreographers as well as training in different dance genres. Recently she co-founded The Factory Dance Productions where she serves as Owner and Director. She serves as a guest teacher throughout Alabama and is recognized for her unique concepts and choreography that compliments the dancers. Nohealani believes in helping her students find a deep passion for movement and music so that they may express themselves and have a career in the dance industry. Recently Nohealani received a nomination for an Industry Dance Award in the Open/Ballet/Acro Catagory and won the Bellamoxi Bowling Green Emerging Artist Choreographic Festival. Locally she has been hired as an adjunct to teach dance as an elective at Cullman High School and founded their Competitive Dance Team where she serves as choreographer and coach.
