Many designers say that their interest in fashion began at a very young age, but not many can say that they were hemming a dress at recess in second grade. I have always found a way to incorporate style and creativity in everything I do. It's just who I am. I have been fortunate to be around amazing and supportive teachers who believed in me and encouraged me to pursue my goals. In fact, my first good sewing machine was given to me by a teacher when she found out that I needed one. I am currently a Fashion Design Major in NYC at The Fashion Institute of Technology and love to create designs that inspire others and make them feel beautiful.
