Photography – Seattle
Streets are my passion. I'm always looking for authenticity and a sense of place. Candid shooting is the only way I know how to get both. Someday I'll learn to get them through portraiture and poses, but for now I stay mostly on streets in long walkabouts, especially in early mornings and evenings. I travel a lot, so my street shooting has extended beyond Seattle and across the country. My secondary passion is in macros, illuminating in nature what's just beyond our eyes. My background is literature, poetry. I've run an agency the past 12 years. I live with Tamara, my wife, and Cassandra and Lucas, my children, north of Seattle.
