Eighteen Year old Michelle Shantel Bennett was born on August 29th,1995 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The youngest of three sisters. She grew up being a big fan of Rihanna, and Beyonce.
Michelle has always had a passion for music and would constantly be singing around the house from a very young age. She started singing and dancing at her elementary school showcases. In 2011 Michelle auditioned for Centre Stage in her current Hometown Brampton, Ontario, Canada \"for fun\". Michelle ended up making it as a Headliner performing two popular songs \"Umbrella\" Rihanna and \"Someone Like You\" Adele. Michelle ended up blowing the crowd away. \"If you missed our last soloist @Mshantel, don\'t worry, you\'ll definitely be seeing her in the future\" Brampton Rose Theatre tweeted after Michelle\'s performance.
