Mental Image

My name is Lisa Snead. I go by Mental Image because I want to change the Image people have in their head about beauty. My job is to be a constant reminder that beauty can be found in anyone, anywhere. I want to break stereotypes and make you face what you hate about yourself.I take everyday people off the street, give them as much time, makeup, costuming, and photo-editing as someone in a magazine to break away the idea that a these woman in magazines are perfect, and my clients are not. I am a big girl, and have spent my whole life being told I am not beautiful. I realize that that is media telling others that women and men have to fix in this perfect cookie cutter image. My goal is to rip away from those ideals.
