McSweyn

In 2012 I graduate from St George Tafe with an Advanaced diploma in fashion design. Before finishing my course I had starting working within the industry, where I continued to work full time for 6 months. I began to get tired of the office life-style and lack of creativity, so i began creating my own Label \'McSweyn\' After completing the designs in June/July 2013 I then left my job to sew and design full-time. As my label is so new, I do not have the funding to outsource so it is solely made, designed by me; from photoshopping photos to create digital prints, to pattern making and sewing the garments then selling at the markets in Sydney each weekend. The most rewarding experience is seeing the outfits go to loving homes.
