Marc is a Los Angeles based photographer specializing in promotional photography work for bands & artists,commercial photography, and all other colors and moments of our human experience. Capturing the raw essence and beauty of his subjects, he has the vision to express the ‘truth’ of anything he’s shooting through the Art of Photography. He’s been fortunate to have worked with some legendary and reputable artists thus far , and inspiring people along the way. Marc was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. His background of years working in the music industry, and his enthusiasm for Photography and Film, paved his way across the Atlantic Ocean and beyond. His journey started in San Diego, where he would shoot dozens of bands for one of the city’s leading labels. A few months later he pitched his base in Los Angeles, where he continued working with bands and artists as well as establishing himself as a portrait photographer. Furthermore, 2011 saw him have his first exhibition, where he also showcased some of his photo journalistic work. When not working, the camera is still Marc’s number one companion, from the alleys of Downtown LA to the worlds far beyond the city of dreams. He currently resides in Venice, CA. www.marcgruninger.com
