Performing Art – New Orleans
As a dancer for 18 years and choreographer for 5, movement has been the driving force in my life for as long as I've been alive! I've been traveling the country on different convention companies (including The Streetz Dance, the Pulse on Tour, and Nex.Us) for the latter part of my career, training with some of the biggest names in dance. I am based in Lafayette, Louisiana, but have traveled to several other parts of Louisiana to share my knowledge through workshops, classes and competitive pieces. The greatest joy in my life is bringing the joy of dance into another person's life, whether it be a student or someone who isn't involved in the arts. At 20 years old, I have made almost every aspect of my life prepare me for my future in dance, including college. While I am not attending a performing arts college, I am a full-time student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette pursuing a degree in Business Management. I plan to use all of my accumulated knowledge in the business field to start my own dance studio franchise in the near future. No matter what happens, I know I want to be involved with dance all my life.
