Photography – Philadelphia
My name is Ashley Heckard and I am the Lioness Queen. I joined the Army in 2008 and obtained a certification in photography and communications. I then earned an Associate Degree in Digital Photography from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a focus on portraiture and editorial photography. My studio is currently located in the greater Philadelphia area.
Roger Kingston said "A camera is a save button for the mind's eye.” Photographs embed our memories, serving as vivid visual reminders. I want to use my strengths to give my clients long-lasting beautiful memories. My artistry comes from a place of intuition and is fueled by an impetuous desire to become the people that I photograph. In my work I seek the unknown; I look for the light within the shadows, the stories that are not at first obvious, and the uncommon in the common.
