Visual Art – Chicago

Growing up on a farm, my family instilled a strong work ethic in me from day 1. When I wasn’t riding horses or baling hay, I found myself immersed in creating art. My grandpa was a huge inspiration when it came to creativity and expressing myself. To this day, we still talk about colors and the effect that paintings have on people. One of my favorite moments is when I see the twinkle he gets in his eye when I show him my latest piece, and I’ve always wanted to bring that same feeling to everyone that views my work. When I’m not creating art, I run a design company called Artisan Launchpad. My goal has always been to help small businesses establish themselves in their respective markets. From creating websites to branding, I pride myself in providing whatever’s necessary to help people take their business to the next level. When I’m not working, I find myself looking for inspiration for my next piece. Sometimes it comes from watching painters like Bob Ross. Other times it can be something that came from a dream. Everywhere I go, I find myself noticing the subtle differences between objects in nature, such as the uniqueness of individual trees and clouds. Letting each day influence my next creation allows me to create freely without any expectations. I hope you enjoy my artwork! (Photo Credit Michael Gomez https://www.facebook.com/gomezphotography74/)
