Photography – Raleigh
Hello, my name is Josee' Mitchell, a 21 year-old, God-fearing, photography major at East Carolina University, based in the Raleigh-Greenville area. I've been studying and practicing photography for six years now, and I've grown a strong love for the art. "I love seeing how the click of a camera can change how someone views themselves; they get an instant glow, and I've seen the most introverted people become so confident during a shoot. It's amazing."

"It wasn't until this past year, that I realized I wasn't just someone who picked up the camera and can manage to squeeze out a few non-blurry shots. I had just got back from vacation with my beautiful mother, in Tybee Island, Georgia. I was looking back at some shots I had taken at Bonaventure Cemetery, in Savannah, and I was amazed that I had produced something like that. I looked at them thinking, 'Wow, I'm actually good at this, God blessed me with an amazing talent, and a great eye!' Now, I'm just trying to share that talent, and great eye with everyone around me, by providing them with forever moments through my photography."
