Jospeh D. Garvey III Art

I am an artist who lives near Philadelphia, Pa. I was born in Bethlehem, Pa. I study fine arts and finance at Tyler School of Art/Temple University. I enjoy working with all types of mediums and styles for different ideas, effects, and experience. If I'm improvising, pen and ink or oil/acrylic paint is my go to. If the art piece is premeditated, I usually work with pastels, charcoal, oil/acrylic paint, and other media.
