Jasmyne E'lise was born and raised on the south side of the city. She always had a passion for the arts! Her interest in Makeup Artistry quickly grew while studying Theater at Jackson State University. Since then, the interest developed into a talent she could no longer deny. J. E'lise began to attend workshops, classes, and networking events. Now a recent New York Fashion Week and published artist, she enjoys creating flawless skin for all!
