Alkisti Richards is an artist from Southern California and has her Bachelors degree in Studio Art with an emphasis in Figurative Art from California State University of Long Beach. She works in oil paint, dry media, mosaics and fiber among other things. She enjoys capturing emotion in all of her works, especially when portraying friends and family in intimate settings as well as the individuality of communities from around the world and the small businesses of her home town.
