Heather Norman Fulton (b. 1995), Texas, received her B.F.A. at the Savannah College of Art in Design in Savannah, Georgia. She works in numerous mediums with a special interest in conceptual art that discusses the issue of Mental Health Awareness. She strives to spread awareness throughout her work with hopes to spark conversations about mental illness, those affected, and various coping mechanisms.
