Em Gilmore

My name is Emily Gilmore, I\'m originally from country town Orange NSW and have just recently moved to the city to further my career, now I am currently a New Talent Hairdresser at Stevie English Hair Bondi. I was awarded apprentice of the year 2013 for the western region. (Very proud) I have recently finished working on my first collection, It consists of 8 styles based on elements of nature in a street setting. It is titled \'Urban Elements. It started as a portfolio for a course but once I got started I just didn\'t want to stop! I have such a passion for hairdressing it\'s amazing. I pour all my free time and extra money into it just to learn more and push myself to see what can be created. I am still very new to the industry but I\'m extremely eager just to learn and grow with like minded and as eager creative people that just love what they do and love to create. i also worked with the Tigi team last year at expo was one of the best days of my life, hairdressing is the most amazing industry, there\'s always something more to learn and do and I just can\'t wait.
