Photography – Los Angeles

I come from a line of artists; some are creative in the way words are used, creating thoughts with pen and paper producing beautiful stories, others using their artistic skill of drawing creating a beautiful scene with different brush strokes, and another has a love of movement and dance. Not all of them pursued their passion, but they all shinned so brightly when they were doing these things. With all the creative energy surrounding me, I had to discover what I was good at, and how I wanted to express myself creatively. My mother and father are the ones I have to give appreciation to for open-handedly providing me my first camera at the age of three. Unbeknown to my parents this instrument they introduced me to would become my first love of art community. Once a camera was in my hands; I went out exploring the world with it. I started with my neighborhood, shooting everything and anything I could within the 24 frames. Eventually, I began shooting family gathering and constantly cutting off everyone’s head in the picture frame. That persisted for a little while, but I grew to understand the camera, myself and how people tended to interact with someone with a camera. I enhanced my photography skills by attending Brooks Institute of Photography. I began my career in photography by working for various company as a freelance photographer in fashion.
