Phillip Tour is an artist originally from Colombia and since 2014 is based out of New York City. Street photography has been a major influence in his work and has allowed him to discover the wonderful and ever-changing side of the fashion industry. He likes to capture the seasonal changes of city-life and how fashion changes according to the new trends, street trends!. His love for fashion has also opened him to include photographs of pop-art and graffiti art.
