Flawed Hearts and the Waiting Room

Flawed Hearts and the Waiting Room is a two-piece indie-pop band from Victoria, BC, founded by siblings Sam Britton (vocals and guitar) and Lindsay Britton (vocals and keyboard). Although the duo has been playing music together their entire lives, Flawed Hearts was officially formed in 2016. Their music is comprised of seamlessly interwoven harmonies, heartbreaking lyrics, and intricate guitar lines combined with carefully placed electronic elements – speaking to both the modern crowd and the classic generation. The bands name is derived from the siblings shared experience of Lindsay’s open-heart surgery as a child, Sam sitting patiently in the waiting room. From surgery to stage, they are a formidable duo.
