Photography – Toronto
I am a 24 year old creative living in the GTA. My main mediums are film photography and analog collage making. self-taught on 35mm, my work takes an intuitive approach. My photos are very much a project of nostalgia and pleasure, between the dream like states my mind makes of moments and the ordinary of everyday is where my work exists. Furthermore, the collages I make are a compilation of outtakes/ personal journal entries/ and magazine cut outs and are an extension to my photography - these pieces are made in physical form to pull together themes that I find myself questioning. I make nothing on digital formats and so the process is just as apart of the vision as the end product.
