Visual Art – Chicago

Emi Frame has a BFA in Painting and an Associate's in Art History. Her work deals with concepts pertaining to personal conflicts she has with society, usually relating to climate change. Frame uses her work as a way to communicate her concerns for such issues to larger audiences in hopes of inspiring positive changes in society. Frame has developed her own technique of using dry wall compounds to create sculptural paintings that depict natural land forms in ways that exploit climate change. Her passion for environmental conservation has lead to an interest in ecology, geology, and nutrition, all of which fuel her artistic direction. Frame also enjoys portrait/figure painting. She is currently open for commissions for portraits and much more!
