Crystal Cheng

I am a self taught artist who studied philosophy and has an immense passion for creating things. Although I'm currently mostly working with ink and graphite for illustrations, I have a great affinity for watercolor, charcoal, and colored pencil. I eventually would love to conquer all mediums and be able to create art with multiple tools on all different types of surfaces. I would love to explore art for the rest of my life. Right now, I am extremely inspired by the art of tattooing and many of my pieces are inspired by black work and fine line work. My goal is to make art that evokes a feeling in the observer, and also to use art as form of therapy and expression. I hope I can touch others with the things that I make at least once in my lifetime.
