Visual Art – Toronto

Chia is a multi-talented artist with multiple styles he can pull from like Graffiti, Graphic Design, Calligraphy, traditional painting, and his first love Abstract art. He can still recall sitting underneath his fathers drafting table when he was 3, drawing as his father did the same above. Some would say it is in his blood. Over the years of trying to find how to apply his talents after being told by some of his elementary and high school teachers, that he would not achieve anything of importance in his life. He used this as fuel and continued on to college for Graphic Design and Calligraphy courses with the Calligraphic Arts Guild of Toronto, along with having the opportunity of painting for some of Toronto's elite. Chia has gone back to what he first fell in love with when he was a young boy, mixing paints and painting abstract butterflies on folded paper's "maybe not so much the butterflies but you never know".
