I like to consider my-self a multifaceted artist. Many of the things I make are up cycled. Many of the things I make are inspired by other types of art. I make jewelry, accessories & some conceptual art. As of late I have been consumed by making hats and fascinators. Almost everything I make has elements of a medieval Celtic style & a feel of our industrial past; a neo-Victorian decadence. In my personal life I’m a mom, wife, and Historian. I have two boys: a 13-year-old and a 4-year-old. I have a wonderful husband who's trying to get his college education. As a Historian I've spent the past 3 years submerging myself in the Victorian era. Many of my creations are conceptually historic infused with my slant of current fashion. Being creative is how I stay balanced and how I express the ideas in my head. I make things so I don’t go crazy.
