Nachauntae is a Toronto based, self-taught artist. Despite her being very creative from a young age, Nachauntae never pursued any formal art training. Instead, she studied to become an accountant. Nachauntae has recently renewed her love for art and since she picked up a paintbrush in December 2015, she hasn’t been able to look back. Engrossed by the nuances of everyday life, painting is a way for her to slow things down and put all of herself into creating beautiful works of art. Since rekindling her artistic flame, Nachauntae is just enjoying the creative process and challenging herself to explore different styles and techniques.
