I'm an artist living in Calgary, Alberta with my wonderful, supportive boyfriend and our cat and dog. When I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, I learned to quiet my racing thoughts with meditation and painting. Painting grounds me in serenity, envelops me with a peaceful quiet where only my art and I exist. My art is what led me back to my true self, and it inspires me to do better every day.
