Visual Art – Boston
I am a self-taught artist from Boston. I’ve had a passion for visual arts for as long as I can remember. I started painting after graduating high school in 2012. I stopped for a while but this past year I’ve painted more than I have in my entire life. As an artist, I’ve felt a strong pull to paint people of color, specifically black women and the way we choose to exist in our bodies. There’s beauty in unapologetically living and existing in our skin and I feel it’s my job to exhibit that beauty in my art.
