I'm Allie! I have a degree in psychology and sociology; I'm a Sales & Marketing Manager for my "real' job and I do a lot of thinking and creating after that.
Art in any form has always been an escape for me. Ironically, I've nearly failed every art class I've been forced to take throughout my academic career. My uniqueness as an artist is derived from the fact that I don't have a specialty - I do acrylic paintings, charcoal drawings, spray-paint art, digital art, photography, interior design, oil paintings, crafts and decals; I write and read... the list goes on and on.
I love pushing myself as a creator so whenever I get just comfortable enough in a specific area, I find something else to try or revisit an old favorite. There's something so euphoric about pushing your own boundaries. We're capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for - I am the poster child of that cliche.
