Alex Morel & Desiree Godsell are internationally renowned dance partners, teachers, performers, and choreographers; Best known for preserving, promoting and influencing the growth and popularity of Bachata Dominicana across Latin dance communities world wide. Globally, they train and hire directors to hold auditions, select dancers, and teach their technique and choreography over a 6 month contract period. Angie Liuzzi has been directing the Minneapolis AnD Teams since 2017. Our dancers range in age from twenty-something to fifty-something, we speak multiple languages, and represent many countries of origin. We have performed locally at major events including Minnechata: The Minneapolis Bachata Festival founded by Angie Liuzzi & Shun Harris, Bachata Nights at Monkon, Fifty Shades of Bachata, Loring Nightclub, Twin Cities Salsa Explosion, Conga Latin Bistro, Mediterranean Cruise Cafe, USA Dance Minnesota’s Annual Showcase, and Universal Dance Destiny’s Annual Showcase. We have also performed nationally at the Chicago Salsa Bachata Festival, DCBX 10th Anniversary “The World’s Largest Bachata Festival”, Milwaukee Bachata Weekender, and New Jersey Bachata Festival. The AnD Mission is to help build communities of quality dancers while spreading the fun & joy of dance!
