Born to human parents in the cactus infested Phoenix, Arizona where our main concern were taco discounts based on 125 degree weather and Haboobs engulfing your car while stuck in 5pm rush hour traffic.
Somehow I came out of such a dull and sweaty childhood with a burning passion to make movies. Horror movies to be more exact but you could say I’m a lover of every genre. There’s something raw and energetic about watching a man being torn to pieces and disemboweled by a horde of zombies...
Well anyways, you’re probably reading this and thinking to yourself, what does this nerd have to offer? What makes her mom think she’s so special? I can personally say I have knowledge of film like no other. Akira Kurosawa, Dario Argento, Jean-Luc Goddard, and Sergio Leone have all inspired my filmmaking along with more modern day filmmakers such as Edgar Wright, Taika Waititi, and Guillermo del Toro. I’m a passionate nerd who has her eye on the prize and that prize is a beautifully crafted film with top notch editing and lighting. I not only grew up watching movies by the hour but I also sketched a lot. I’m a filmmaker with big ideas and those ideas cannot be properly conveyed without gorgeous art to accompany it. I’ve studied character design, prop design, and environmental design with people like Stephen Silver (Kim Possible, Danny Phantom) Shannon Eric Denton (DC, Marvel), and Troy Gustafson (Disney). I’m a triple threat with a lot to offer to any production. Storyboards? Lighting? Armpit farts? I’ve got you covered.
