Willow Designs

Hi my name is Kyra of Willow Designs and I create handmade jewelry out of Lincoln, NE. I was inspired to start making jewelry while working at the Pilgrimer, a new nonprofit in downtown Lincoln that is a gathering place and support for makers from all walks of life. After getting to know some of the local makers at the Pilgrimer I saw that I could turn my creativity into something tangible and become a maker myself. I started off wanting to make a couple of original pieces of jewelry for gifts and never intended to make jewelry on a larger scale. But with a lot of courage and a little push from sister, I bought supplies and started. Since I began this journey and opening a business, the support I\'ve received from my family and friends has been unparalleled. My hope for Willow Designs is to create jewelry that people love to wear. I also hope to pay it forward and inspire others to tap into their creative sides and become makers.
