Visual Art – Melbourne
My name is Teaghan, I'm 25 and am the person behind Willow & Sea. Growing up along the Mornington Peninsula encouraged me to have a huge appreciation for the ocean, art, and all things hand created from a young age. These days there's no denying that I am fascinated by the sea, which is why all my art resembles it- one way or another.
At the moment art is a hobby of mine that is slowly creeping its way into every element of my life. When I'm not creating I'm chipping away at my creative writing degree or enjoying the open space from the opposite side of the bay... I now live along the Great Ocean Road, I've been drawn towards the inspiration!
From the age of 19 I spent months at a time traveling around in complete awe of the natural beauties the rest of the world has to offer, this opened up my creative floodgates.
My goal one day (sooner rather than later) is to use my art to help with educating the importance of clean and healthy seas, all around the world.
