Visual Art – Louisville
Whitney Olsen is a multi disciplined artist working with dynamic materials to create a moment of bliss for viewers. Graduating from the University of Louisville in 2015 and concentrating in glass and sculpture, she has since focused on continuing her education at craft schools such as Penland school of crafts, Pilchuck glass school and Urban Glass. One of her favorite gigs is working on the visual design team for AC entertainment, creating the aesthetic for festivals such as Forecastle and Bonnoroo! Her biggest dream is to work publicly by creating murals that include dimensional materials such as glass, light and neon so that everyone, everyday has a moment to bloom.
