wearableJULES I started wearableJULES almost 2 years ago and has been growing steadily since. My jewelry focuses on being eco-friendly using merino wool from our fuzzy friends and sterling silver that is either recycled or ethically sourced. The combination of metalsmithing and felting techniques creates fun, colorful, and lightweight jewelry. The felt itself becomes the "precious stone" within the piece. One-of-a-kind pieces have torched fired enamel that is bezel set within the felt. Once set, the process of embellishing the pieces begins with sequins, seed beads, and thread. Each piece is handmade from start to finish. The most important part about creating for me is to make sure each piece makes me smile. I am an outgoing and energetic creator and it definitely shows through my work. I hope you enjoy as much as I do creating the pieces.
