Mission Statement: My purpose is to create and purvey high quality, “traditional” art to the world market. My purpose is to surpass the timeless, ethnocentric and geometric styles of the Renaissance Masters (da Vinci; Michaelangelo; Raphael) by studying and mastering “shadow” – seeing beyond the subject or object of the portrait; essentially, becoming a Master of Shadows. I was born in Murrayville, BC in 1974 to German immigrants; raised primarily by my grandparents (Oma & Opa), who instilled in me traditional values and love of traditional art and architecture.
