Voyo Woo

Voyo Woo is a Paper Cutting Artist based in Washington D.C. Voyo first learned paper cutting when she was 14 in China and her paper cutting later won first prize in a Chinese National Competition. After coming to the United States in 2008, she has been actively involved in promoting the art of Chinese Paper Cutting. In December 2011, she was invited to perform live paper cutting at Freer & Sackler Galleries of Arts, Smithsonian Institute. Voyo was often invited to speak about paper cutting and demonstrate paper cutting at Cultural events.
