Claudia Rohor

Growing up in the land where Tango has its roots, a collision of influences led me into the world of art and fashion much earlier than most. My first exposure was as a high couture modeling instructor at age 16 before starting my studies in Graphic Design and Marketing in Buenos Aires and Miami. With an eye for everything different and unusual, I started creating assemblages, mixed media, and wearable art in 2001. It took me years of traveling through Europe and the Americas to collect the knowledge, techniques, and materials that have forged my style as an artist. Imperfect, quirky, funky, and artsy are some of the characteristic of my altered art.
